🌿 Do Good Fitness Classes – Move with Purpose! 🌿
Our Do Good classes are all about feeling good physically and doing good locally. Each class is designed to energize your body and lift your spirit—with all proceeds donated to local organizations making a real difference in our community.

đź’Ş What: Booty Bands & Bodyweight Fitness
This class uses booty bands—mini resistance loops that help you activate and strengthen your glutes, legs, and core without high-impact movement.
It’s low-impact, fun, and effective—perfect for:
- All fitness levels (beginner to advanced)
- Postpartum moms looking to ease back into movement safely
- Anyone wanting a strength-building, joint-friendly workout that tones and builds stability
👯‍♀️ Who: Everyone is welcome – come solo or bring a friend!
